The materials came in faster than I expected, the quality was great, and I’d made a mistake while placing an order and was able to correct it before it was sent because of Karen’s fast response and very good customer service :)
Placed a product and its been nearly a months time. 0 communication. 0 answer. Placed a expensive time sensitive order and not a single email, text, call. Nothing. Would not ever recommend buying. Reviews are all fake by false profiles to make them look "real".
I had been clear when I submitted my order that I would need to change the shipping address if it took longer than a certain amount of time to complete the order. Customer service acknowledged that. When I hadn’t heard anything, and that date was approaching, I reached out and learned it has been already been sent out. It turns out this month the label have been created, but the items weren’t dropped off until the final day that I could’ve received it… sending it so late meant it would be impossible for me to receive it…. Because they didn’t contact me before sending it, I was unable to get it sent to the correct address without having to pay UPS for the service. Once it was clear that it was an issue, customer service stopped responding to my emails for resolution.
Great little variety and wonderful quality. I wish you could pick between open, closed, or mixed for the types of rings. I really only use open so a bit of them I cannot use. However, this gave me a good idea of the quality and design so I will def order from in the future.
I can finally wear earrings again after many many years! I hadn't been able to find anything that didn't immediately irritate my ears for years so I just gave up on wearing earrings. I tried both the Niobium Ear Wires and the Titanium Ear Wires, and 2.5 months later, I have been wearing earrings again every day with no issues! I'm having so much fun buying earrings and then just replacing the ear wires with these. I'm back to order more! Thank you!
I have ordered multiple times now from this company. They are great, responsive and the priduct is excellent! Creating Unkamen is now my go to source for the wire I need for my business.
I like that they explicitly say their wires are nickel free too.
